EATING ON BREAKS AND LUNCH
Many of us bring food from home to work. I know I did. Also, we have a limited time to both take a break and to have lunch. Because time is limited I feel it is important to share how to create delicious bites that are quick to prepare.
The most important step? Always add fresh herbs…. Fresh herbs enhance food in a way that is unmatched by any other ingredient.
HERBS = FLAVOR QUICK & EASY
Consider adding a simple Basil Drizzle to a salad, eating cucumber bites with dill, herbed egg salad, crispy chickpeas with oregano, or a herbed ricotta spread. Getting the idea?

BASIL DRIZZLE: in a blender add a handful of basil, 1/3 of a shallot, 1/4-1/3 cup of good olive oil, fresh ground pepper to taste.
HEY ALL: There is a lot of great information as when to post, both day and time of day. My Mom always went grocery shopping on Thursday evenings, coupon day I think. I plan to post once a week and schedule it for Wednesday afternoon. I would love to hear from you if you would like another day and time.
